Learning Center uses of office Space

We all know there is a glut of available office space available throughout the U.S. Nowhere is that more apparent than in suburban areas of major cities. Here in the Chicago area, we see a large number of completely or nearly completely vacant office buildings.

One way to use this space is to find Learning Centers as potential users. Learning Centers are tutoring and homework help centers that bring in primary school, high school & college age students for tutoring and homework help.
As space users, they can easily use existing office build out with minimal additional add-ons. If your building is located near a middle or high school, this would be an ideal location. If you have visibility to one or more of the local schools, that is even better.

Take some time to find these situations to get new tenants who would be great businesses to have in your vacant space.
